"Hired Tom to replace facia on second story of home with PVC and paint the trim on the entire home. The took 2 1/2 days to complete the project. The job wasnâ  t the biggest but they worked like I was the only job the had going. Will not hesitate using them again."

"I am an 80 year old veteran and the Handy Veteran Kevin asked if I would write a review. I was very pleased with all work done by Kevin and Teko. They installed new garage door, new steps from garage to first level, replaced stainless steal sink and faucet, and doorknobs throughout. Also, stopped all the floor squeaks because my house is over 50 years old. Kevin also repaired rod iron rail at the bottom of my exterior steps. Teko removed paneling and painted one bathroom and installed new stool and second bathroom with new stool and replaced all door handles. I was very pleased with all work done. Kevin and Teko were very easy to work with and I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Adam with A-Z Concept was hired to paint the exterior trim of my home and repair rotted wood and to replace the water damaged wood above my porch. He was very knowledgeable and was able to identify the leaks in the roof area above my porch which 2 prior vendors could not diagnose. I hired him to repair the roof as well as the trim I and porch. So far he’s done the roof and it looks good so far! Although I had to follow up to get timing for when he would be doing the work, his crew arrived on time, he oversaw the work and they did a good job of cleaning up and picking up loose nails from my grass after the repair. They even got it done before the rain started up again!"

"I noticed what I thought initially was my above the counter cabinets coming loose from the wall. Mike from Perfect Work was in contact with me and looked at pictures of what I was concerned with. He identified that it was a cosmetic issue, and not the actual cabinets coming away from the wall. He also took the time to come by my place on his way to another job to see it in person. It turned out to be the trim in one area coming loose, and not the cabinets themselves. I know little about cabinetry, so to have someone take the time to allay my fears, was really appreciated. "I had used Old World Carpentry in the past for a major repair/painting job on the outside trim of our house. Therefore I knew James was the right choice to remove/reinstall an outside railing on our roof. James arrived promptly on short notice to remove the railing. After roofing and stucco repairs were made he again returned to fabricate and reinstall the railing which now looks as good as new. James also fabricated a kickplate for our new trash compactor which matches the existing woodwork in our kitchen. I would definitely use James again for any carpentry job.

We absolutely LOVE how it turned out. You cannot even tell there were issues and the ceiling is good as new. This was a small repair job on fascia and flashing which they handled at time of estimate for a reasonable price, especially considering the minimum fees that bigger contractors charge -- if you can even get the bigger guys to come out.
