"It when well. The provider returned my call within an hour or so of my call the same day. He arranged to come up the next day to fix my toilet. He give me a 2 hour window between 4-6 PM. When I didn't hear from him by 5:30 PM. I called him. He apologized and reported that he was finishing with another customer and would be about 15 minutes late.
He was actually about 30 minutes late and he apologized again. He had an assistant (apprentice) with him. Both the owner and his assistant were very pleasant, courteous. They completed the job in about an hour. They cleaned up after themselves.
I'm glad that I had the "special deal" to cover part of the cost. Replacing toilet innards can be costly.
