"Liam was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with, for a few reasons: - I asked my lawn mowing service for a quote on sod, and they wrote up one and put it in my mailbox. Liam made an appointment with me, inspected our property, took a soil sample and showed me photos of the grubs and invasive weeds he discovered, and a plan to treat the issue as part of the project. He also gave me a mini-graduate course in horticulture, which is his passion and educational background. This is a person who has forgotten more than I will ever know about grass, sod any anything that grows in the ground. 2. He showed up with his crew on time for the installation.
