GEN-X Renovations is a family owned company dealing exclusively with bathroom renovations of any kind. They are installers used by companies to install their products. They are a stand alone company doing bathroom renovations directly byy contract. They are very prof, do superb work, and give excellent suggestions when needed. They DO NOT price gauge like other well known companies tend to do. They are upfront with everything you inquire about and tell you the pros and cons of any project. They sell you the very best within your price range and do not try to get you to consider a project out of your budget. They are not HIGH PRESSURE sales people. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my much needed renovations. I highly recommend them and will submit pictures when the project is completed."

"I’ve had 5 plumbers come to my house to try and fix a problem I was having with my water heater. Bruce is the only one who actually took the burner assembly apart, cleaned the burner which was covered with trash, and replaced the thermocoupler. After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction.
