"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"This company I can’t not say enough good things from the initial contact to the install to the clean up this company has transformed my home in to an energy efficient beautiful home! I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their home! Priority exteriors did my siding and I have done about 9 windows with them planning on more windows!"

Hello, I’m Alexis Martinez. I enjoy helping homeowners improve the look and durability of their homes through quality siding work. I believe in being honest, showing up on time, and making sure every customer feels confident in the work being done.

"It went well. They replaced our roof with a new metal roof and new gutters. Looks great!"

"Great work for a reasonable price!"

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"They were very professional from start to finish.  The sales rep came out and help identify hail damage on my roof and siding that I wasn't aware of.  They helped me call my agent and file a claim.  Then the adjuster came out and he helped get my entire roof and siding paid for.  The crews were very nice and very informative.  They were very clean and did superb work.  I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their roof done, or anyone who thinks they may have storm damage."

"Perfect, they cleaned up really good when they was done. They was on time and schedule with everything. Work was done steady and quiet and clean"
