"Needed a chimney repair due to leaking into our garage and Aiden contacted us very quickly to give us a quote. Aiden was very interested in helping us fix the chimney leak and communication was great during our initial conversation. The team of two quickly accessed where the leak was coming from and repaired the top of the chimney and sealed around the flashing and a few other spots on the roof that needed attention. Aiden sent before and after pics to me while I was at work and he communicated clearly to my mother and was very respectful and explained everything that they did on the roof. Aiden also followed up with me personally to see if any leaks had occurred since the repair. None have occurred which is great! "David was an answer to my prayer. I am an old widow and do not know anything about getting repairs done after we had hail damage. "Once the work started, it was discovered that there was significant hidden damage to the structure of the roof. They did a quality job of repair of my SIP structure roof including 34 sheets of OSB, and then completed the underlayment, drip edges, and shingle installation, all within one long day. Given that the work performed was way beyond the initial scope of the quotation, there was the potential for a bit of gouging. But the final price was reasonable considering the work that was performed."
