Any problems that we had were quickly resolved, and with our home being an older, the team had a few challenges. They were also very respectful about the landscaping, and I didn’t lose one perennial. And they cleaned up everything to complete satisfaction. The only regret I have is not doing more for the team (ex. cookies, cold drinks). "I had a great experience with Perfection Metals and would recommend using this company. Not only were they offering a lifetime/transferable warranty, but the price was great. I had other estimates coming and was informed they would try to match the price if I got something lower. I didn't need them to do that, as they were the lowest. Garage Roof was on within in a couple of weeks. I had 1 issue, which I was nervous to ask about, but the project manager was very nice and concerned about my dissatisfaction. He made sure to take care of it right away and continued to check with me on the process to make sure i was happy. Love the new roof and especially love that there is no more water pouring down inside when it rains. Update: I have just had the roof on my house replaced. "We had a large tree branch fall on our roof that caused enough damage to create an insurance claim. I was referred by a neighbor to reach out to Al at Lake Michigan Construction. He responded quickly, was very thorough in assessing the damage, and even came back a second time that day so he could try to catch a conversation while our insurance adjuster was here. Al, Kassondra, and Kari all helped with great communication and knowledge of the scope of work and materials needed to do a great job and advocated with the adjuster on our behalf. Kari had shingle samples dropped off at our house for me so we could make our color selection and Kassondra provided the quotes to us and primarily worked with our insurance company to ensure the estimate for the claim accurately reflected the materials and labor costs needed for our project. Their quote for the work came in $1,200 less than one of their roofing competitors and they spared no expense on their attention to detail and excellence on the day of our project. We even received a link to view pictures of the project taken as the work was done. Our roof looks beautiful now! I would call them again in a heartbeat for future projects and will happily refer them to my friends, family, and neighbors."
