Bill offered suggestions and options we felt would improve the overall appearance, which is why we choose him. We had new windows, storm doors, siding, facia, soffit and gutter installed. His crews were professional, on time and did excellent work and cleaned up very well. Everything was completed in a timely manor. There were a few minor issues Bill addressed quickly and personally. Bill communicated well from bidding to completion, so we always knew what and who to expect and when. Working with Bill was like working with a friend. I would strongly suggest him as your next contractor."

"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"The mold was removed.  However, the contractor was supposed to replace some insulation that was removed for cleaning. That
 insulation has not been replaced.  Also, a roll of carpeting was taken from the basement after he was instructed to not take it away.

In phone calls and texts he had informed me that he had the roll of carpet and would return it and re-install the insulation, and has yet to do so several months later.

I would not recommend this contractor.
