"Our main sewer line clogged and began to spill out under our manufactured home. We went on Anji Home Advisor. RSanford was one of 2 companies that fit our need. RSanford Services returned our call quickly and confirmed an appointment. They were on time. Randy the owner came with a team, ready to just give us an estimate. Randy was patient with us, gave us an easy to understand explanation of the situation and gave us the estimate. It was better than expected. The job wasn’t easy, but the team got right to work, keeping us informed along the way. The home was built in 1994. Who ever did the piping used zip ties to hold this main pipe off the ground and at the appropriate angle. Due to a backup, the ties snapped, blocking the line. Randy and his men, cleaned up under the house, secured the pipe, back flushed the system and fixed the main section with a more efficient and stable system. They cleaned up professionally, were courteous and we would recommend them highly."

"I have used Chamberlain Septic for years pumping out and maintaining my septic system. They have always been efficient and reliable. I needed to replace my ancient septic tank with a new one, so I called for an estimate, then got sidetracked by claims from the Town that there was a sewer line to connect to. This proved to be false but took a month to resolve the issue. I contacted Dean Beh to install the septic tank. He had a topflight two-man crew out within a week, and they had the new tank installed and connected in two days. It was a great job."

"I wrote a very positive review in 2013 when the same contractor connected our new sink to the existing plumbing. 3 years later, in 2016, I had a leak in the cooper portion of the drain pipe 30 feet downstream from the sink. I was happy with Penfield Plumbing the first time, so I called them back. There was a 4 day wait to get someone out there, and I expected the work to be estimated and completed in one trip. However, the technician was late, and when he looked at the situation he said he did not have time to do it and needed to schedule another appointment to completely re-run the drain from the sink all the way to the block wall in the basement. There was a $150 charge for the call and estimate, which would be applied to the job if they did it. I was not happy for the 2 vacation events, and the prolonged inability to use the kitchen, but I agreed to go ahead. The job ended up costing about $500. It looked professional, but it took over a week from first call to final repair. Now 2 years later that new section of PCV sprung a leak at a joint. In fact the joint pulled right apart. I called when I found this, on a Saturday, and was told it was out of warrantee and it would cost $255 to have emergency service. I could wait until Monday, and this would be $150 minimum for the call unless it was obvious that there was a negligent installation. I elected to spend $13 on PCV cleaner and cement and to weld the joint together again myself. There was no evidence of cement in the separated joint, both surfaces were still as-molded glossy. I find it hard to believe that it was unglued and stayed together for 2 years, but I also know that properly cemented joints do not come apart without breaking something. The person on the phone was professional and listened to my situation with sympathy, but he was simply not authorized to step out from the policies and guidelines. So beware; this company can do excellent work if you get the right technician, but the price is high and there is no override for what appears to be a clear defective installation."

"We had three quotes for replacement of a sewer pipe, after already trying to have it jetted with another company that we called at the time of our emergency. That company didn’t identify the issue and ended up making things worse in the end because the pipe needed to be replaced, not jetted and ended up backing up again, days after I paid $850 to have it jetted...so we started asking for other opinions. I wish I would have called AP plumbing first, who was recommended by my realtor. They were the only company that was so thorough and specific with their quote. They came on Friday morning to do the quote. Paul was fantastic and explained exactly what the problem was and what they needed to do. He got everything set to go with permits, water authority etc and guys started their work promptly on Monday morning. They replaced the whole sewer line from house to street, didn’t have to dig up the whole yard or break through our sidewalk, which other companies said they would have to do. Process was cool to watch too. They made everything as convenient as possible for us and had the job done in two days. They also snaked out our other pipes in the house, and all of this was a very comparable price to other quotes ... but we didn’t have to worry about ripping up our lawn. Bottom line, we trusted AP more right from the start because of their professionalism, how specific and detailed the quote was and they were able to say exactly what they could do worth the budget we had. They did everything to the last detail and went above and beyond. All the guys were wonderful! We are so glad we went with them and would definitely recommend in future. Ps- we had to replace this pipe after only living in our new home for 5 months... would recommend you hire AP plumbing to inspect sewer pipe before you purchase a home!"
