"I am VERY late in writing this review, but as I was in the Angies List site I thought I'd put this review in. I can't say enough good things about Vaillancourt Roofing. I had a leak in my roof, winter was coming on and no other roofer would call me back. As an act of humanity Adam and Dave drove down from NH to look at my roof even though they don't do repairs in my area - Carlisle, MA ( I understand they could possibly do roof replacement in my area). They came when they said they would and they found the leak quickly. The leak was from my chimney. They aren't mason's necessarily, but they put a temporary fix to the chimney, so I could rest easy until the next Spring when I could address it. They didn't charge me and were done in about an hour. I wish my roof itself needed replacement, if it did I'd all them in an instant. Just wanted to put in this review as I owe it to these great folks."

When I reached out for a quote Sean promptly returned my message and offered an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and prepared and broke everything down for me. There was no high pressure sales and after providing me with the quote I was free to take time to evaluate my options. Once I was ready I called Sean and we scheduled a tentative day for the work and then he sent the contract over promptly. On the day of installation Sean and his crew arrived on-time and prepared. The materials had already been delivered the day before to my home and the crew got to work quickly and efficiently. It was clear Sean and his crew have worked together for some time as they were all on the same page and the job went very smoothly. During the striping process Sean informed me of the recommendation to replace some decking due to significant sticking of shingles to the old ice and water barrier. He clearly explained why it would be best to replace the decking and once approved we moved forward. There were no surprises and Sean kept me informed of any challenges the crew hit and how they were solving them. They completed my 22sq of roof in one day, they were efficient and detail oriented and it shows in the finished product. The crew also did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend Eaton Exteriors to anyone looking for roof replacement or repair."

"I called Dylan to seal up a vent pipe flange leak on a 24 year old standing seam metal roof. Left a message, and he got back to me the same day. The following morning he came out despite the hot & humid weather, sealed up the metal flange, and installed a protector over the flange boot. Good solid work, and at a very reasonable price, especially considering his driving time. He will definitely get repeat business from me."

"It went Perfectly! Derek and his wife Christine and their fabulous hard working team arrived on time each day, barely took breaks, worked after dark in New Hampshire's late fall, all the while removing the existing roof and replacing it, as well a repairing things along the way. Two chimneys were re leaded, three skylights replaced, rotted facias and soffits removed and replaced as needed. Everything efficiently hauled away in a dumpster. The shrubbery was protected with tarps, any stray nails were removed. Lots of attention to detail, excellent communication, prompt answers. Highly recommended!"
