He offered to come out on Christmas morning to our house to assess and conduct repairs. We did not want to impose on his family's Christmas morning so we asked him to come out today (12/26). Randy arrived on time despite being located almost two hours away and was able to quickly assess and repair our well pump; best of all we had water again. "They came and put in a much better high speed pump that fits in the well and they put on a well hatch that's exposed now so that you can easily fix it. We had no water and they responded instantly. They came in and did the estimate and then the next day they came out with a crew with about 6 guys. They were digging up the well, one person was out there installing the well hatch and two people downstairs n our crawl space were there for the new pump situation and they were done that day because we were living without water.
