In August 2024, the leak recurred and their crew discovered rotted wood and mold. A storm also blew off several shingles. I reported the issues and followed up consistently. After months of no response, I sent a certified demand letter in December 2024. No reply. As of January 2026, Worthmann has gone completely silent. No repairs, no timeline, no accountability. I?ve filed formal complaints with regulatory agencies. Disappointing performance from a company that promises to stand behind their work."

"Prestige Metal Roofing was amazing. We absolutely love our new metal roof, which has really made the look of our home pop. We don't have a single complaint. It looks fantastic, and Prestige's work was excellent. Very professional across the board.
