"Christian and Ben were great to work with. They explained their process very thoroughly before the installation. They also responded promptly to any questions or requests we made of them. The entire process was completed in two days. We received estimates from four companies and Fortis' was in the middle range of the four. The crew was generally efficient but they could have been a little more thorough in their cleanup which was important to us because we have dogs who could have been injured by missed nails or other debris. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof."

"Great experience from start to finish. Carter was a great help in navigating the initial inspection of the roof and then helping us file the claim with our insurance carrier. He then came and met with the insurance adjuster when he evaluated the roof - so that the adjuster was aware of the items that Carter identified in his initial inspection. Next, Shawna was very helpful with picking the roofing material and working through the steps up to installation. Claytonia was very helpful with the payment process, once we had received the insurance check. Within just a few days of the initial payment, the crew was here installing the new roof. They were efficient and removing and replacing the new roof - and installing a new skylight. They completed our house and my workshop in less than a day. They cleaned up, including double/triple checking to get all the nails from the removed roofing. The young man who led the roofing crew was very polite and helpful with a few things that required our participation. Then Claytonia was back once the work was done to handle the certificate of completion and getting that to our insurance company so we could receive the final payment. The experience was excellent. "I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. "We had a set of three projects, as follows: Replacement of Masonite siding with Hardieboard. Gutters replaced with Gutter Guard. Excellent execution. Minor issues corrected on-the-spot. Deck repair and refinishing. Needed to be right, plus no splatter on the new siding. Done perfectly. Roof shingles replaced with upgraded materials. We had a flu sweep through the crew. Storms impacted the schedule, and we insisted that the roofers take no chances with slippery conditions and lightning. A few issues resulted from these nature-sourced interruptions. However, the project manager kept us in-the-loop, and through his efforts and that of the owner, Mike, all issues were addressed, excellently. Costs reflect all three phases."

"Top-notch service. I needed my roof repaired after a bad storm came through. After multiple storm chasers trolling the neighborhood, I felt they were very pushy. I felt like they were not listening to a word I was saying, so I reached out to this company for help. Mr. Batty came out to my house within a few days and was very professional. He performed a free inspection of my roof that day and photographed all of the damage for me. He took the extra time to go over the entire process with me and I felt like I was being listened to, rather than just another customer. He was not pushy at all and was straightforward, which I appreciated. He responded to every one of my thousand questions in a timely manner, even responding to my text messages the next day. "Can’t say enough about this company. I’ve had roofing work in the past and usually it was by someone we knew and could do a cheap job quickly. Needless to say you get what you pay for. They mapped the roof of each of the three buildings we needed done. The program gives them precise measurements that result in precise material estimates. Meaning no wasted material. We were visited to discuss the plan and went over each and every step in the process from prepping the area to clean up after. They don’t just show up and slap shingles on. They have a plan , in writing, that details the whole job. All of the material estimates are right in front on you and they explain the quality of each of them and why they use them. They showed up on time. The crew was professional. The owner even showed up both days to check on the progress and walked around with a magnet picking up nails. I have no doubt that the work we just had done will last until we are both dead and gone. Got an incredible warranty from a well known and time proven company for the material and installation. There are cheaper places to get a roof but none of them…NONE of them can provide you the quality that Consolidated Roofing can. Mine will last forever, the others will need to be redone at some point. I would highly recommend that you talk to them if you want the best roofing installation in the area.
