"My wife & I contacted six ( 6 ) contractors. Four ( 4 ) responded. We received quotes from those four. Leon Home Repair was the lowest ( by far ). My wife & I spoke to 4 or 5 of their previous customers and they were all VERY satisfied. Two of them were in the process of rehiring them to do additional work. They gutted our entire bathroom. They estimated a time frame of 2 1/2 weeks to complete the job. It took 3 weeks because the co. that installed our countertop was behind schedule. When Leon Home Repairs finished, my wife & I were beyond thrilled with the job. They ( Edison & Mario ) averaged ten ( 10 ) hrs a day working. They cleaned up behind themselves. They were professional & courteous. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

The third day Mike just came by to tie up some loose ends and clean up. Being first time homeowners and not knowing how fencing even works, or the process, he was available to answer every question we had no matter what time of day. We also had questions about payment, because we had no idea how any of that works. He was brutally honest and advised to NEVER pay for a service in full up front..for anything.
