"Christian and Ben were great to work with. They explained their process very thoroughly before the installation. They also responded promptly to any questions or requests we made of them. The entire process was completed in two days. We received estimates from four companies and Fortis' was in the middle range of the four. The crew was generally efficient but they could have been a little more thorough in their cleanup which was important to us because we have dogs who could have been injured by missed nails or other debris. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof."

"These guys did an excellent job, they were clear at every step, helped me through the insurance claim process, and were patient with me and my wife while we went back and forth on solutions. We live in a home on the historic register and feel a responsibility to only have the highest quality work done on our home and also to make wise choices on aesthetics. A&M handled my insurance claim; I had minimal contact with my insurance company. Work crew arrived at 6:30 AM, started work at sun up; completed job in 1 day. Work crew covered my bushes, plants and driveway; they moved pots and replaced everything back where they were. Their clean up was complete. I picked up nothing around my property. Roof replacement seems fine; new GAF Timberline shingles look great with our selected color. "I requested a quote through Angies list on 11-27-20. I got a response from the company on 11-30-20 and received a quote on 12-1-20 after Steve came out and looked at roof. I had already gotten four other quotes and was trying to decide who to go with when Steve called back on 12-9-20 to see to see if I had decided, said they had room for a small job in between some bigger jobs. After a little price haggling I told them to go ahead with the job. They came out Friday 12-11-20 at 7:30 am and had old shingles removed and new shingles installed and clean-up done by 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the entire process from first contact to last contact which was Barry stopping by a few days later to pick up check. "I worked with Louie and Zach. Both credit years of experience in the roofing area. They are true professionals. They promptly responded to my request and addressed two issues of concern: A) Inspection of the roof with emphasis on defective or missing asphalt tiles and B) Securing all lose tiles, redoing the collars around pipes projecting through the roof (exhaust/fumes) and installing new flushings for smooth transitions. They are not the cheapest in the market, but in return you get quality and reliable work. Without hesitation I recommend their firm "Oak and Hammer" for roof replacements and repairs."

"We hired Triangle Home Exteriors for a full wrap siding work after reading about them and meeting with Beth in person. Beth was patient and helpful and negotiated with us regarding additional projects and detailed the work in a nice presentation and through the invoices. The gem to her business is Brandon her project manager who helped moved items out of the way and made sure the crew stayed on task and even sometimes took to task himself on the project or brought something to attention when something even a small detail did not look correct, which my daughter respected. All house projects can be a little stressful especially smack dab in the middle of the holiday season like ours was, but 3/4 of the job was done before X-mas, and it turned out well especially the siding color and trim. They mapped the roof of each of the three buildings we needed done. The program gives them precise measurements that result in precise material estimates. Meaning no wasted material. We were visited to discuss the plan and went over each and every step in the process from prepping the area to clean up after. They don’t just show up and slap shingles on. They have a plan , in writing, that details the whole job. All of the material estimates are right in front on you and they explain the quality of each of them and why they use them. They showed up on time. The crew was professional. The owner even showed up both days to check on the progress and walked around with a magnet picking up nails. I have no doubt that the work we just had done will last until we are both dead and gone. Got an incredible warranty from a well known and time proven company for the material and installation. There are cheaper places to get a roof but none of them…NONE of them can provide you the quality that Consolidated Roofing can. Mine will last forever, the others will need to be redone at some point. I would highly recommend that you talk to them if you want the best roofing installation in the area.
