He had experience with my project (squaring up an out of plumb and very “screechy” storm door that was quite difficult to open). As far as the actual work goes (as well as all the attributes I mentioned above), I would definitely give him 5 stars - even 10 if that were allowed. The only reason I gave him 4 stars was because I feel his price was too high - about double what I would have expected. Granted, I agreed to the charge beforehand, but I was desperate and there were no other Pros that responded, so I really had no alternative. I would hire him again for other projects, but only at a more reasonable and affordable rate."
