"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"

Their installation team came to the house and made accurate measurements and highly accurate templates so when the countertops arrived they fit like a glove. They leveled the stone tops and fit them perfectly to our custom cabinets and island. They also made a wonderful granite counter top in our laundry room which fit perfectly as well based on their template system. The staff and installer team were very polite and friendly and keep us informed of schedules for accurate planning working with the cabinet maker, Stan Tucker Cabinets. LLC. The total project was a great experience with no problems and at a very, very reasonable price. "We went to look at granite for the kitchen and saw that they had some overstock bathroom counters.  We are renovating an older home to sell and needed an affordable option.  We never thought we could afford granite for the bathroom.  I'm sure they aren't always able to do things that inexpensively but we got lucky and it worked out great.  They even included a sink.  They were always on time or early.  They really went above and beyond even though they weren't making a huge profit. <br />"

"Overall, I graded the job a C because the finished product is a C. <br /> <br />  The leader of the crew that did the work told me that I had purchased two men for 6-8 hours, and that he was contracted by Cobalt to perform the work, that he did not work for Cobalt.   There was not mention of 6-8 hours in the posting, and I was immediately feeling uncomfortable about what exactly I had purchased.  I bought a crew of "painters", not the support and oversight of a professional painting company. <br /> We had scheduled the work a week in advance, and the day of the job, there was rain in the forecast.  I suggested we re-schedule, but was told that he was booked for at least the next week, and that it was not raining now, and "why don't we get started." <br /> <br /> In advance, I was told to get a gallon of paint, and a gallon of thinner.   I assumed the paint would be brushed or rolled.   Was not told that I would also need to provide masking suppliers and several gallons paint.  I did buy a few drop clothes, and had a few rolls of masking tape, but was not prepared for masking to spray.  So, let the painters use 6 mil poly to mask, and had a giant amount of trash in front of my house when done.  (Could have been neatly rolled up, but that would have taken extra time, and was made worse because one of the painters lost his phone and thought it might be in side the plastic wrap). <br /> <br /> The rain came about 1/3 of the way through the paining.  They came back the next day to finish, and "sort of" addressed water issues by repainting.  There was a serious hurry to get done and on to the next job, so there were a lot of missed spots.  There should have been two coats applied.  They came back a few weeks later to repaint the missed spots, and the job is complete.  The quality is okay, but well below the original paint job, and would definitely not impress anyone. The ironic part.. I had a quote to have the work done, for $50 less than the Angie's list deal.   I thought that I would get more for my 16 hours of work, but did not.  I did not like the pay before the work is done and hope it gets done right."

"The crew came out on time. They stayed till 10:00 p.m. Polishing the floor till they had a mirror like finish. But after a day or so several spots blistered up and broke apart. Clint had his crew come back put patches on it and ground it smooth and put a industrial sealer on it. All on his own dime. They will be my concrete guys from now on."
