"Ray - Advantage Roofing was the best choice after getting 5 estimates and meeting with a few other roofers.  Ray was always on-point with all the paperwork/permits/inspections. He kept me informed via phone or in person with all steps throughout the process. The fist day he had a large crew (ON TIME) arrive and strip the old shingles, replace any rotted wood, and tar felt paper.  The inspections went well and a few days later the entire roof was shingled and the property cleaned of any nails and debris. The process was very easy for me as the homeowner.  The crew was great and  I recommend Ray/Advantage Roofing highly!

Brian and the team were able to locate matching roof tiles, color match the existing mortar, and remediate all the substandard work. The team was punctual, polite, and meticulous in their work. "We had a problem with the flat roof.. There was extensive water damage. I called a number of companies. Aastro was the first to show up, and the only company that actually did roof repairs. Frankie came out and did an inspection of the roof. In addition to the water damage he found a number of holes in the ridge vent. He gave us estimates on minimal repairs to the water damage and the holes in the shingled portion of the roof and a more comprehensive repair and silicone coating for the flat roof. That was the route we chose. It was little more than I expected. But with TS Erin still undecided about where she was going to land we decided to go with it. The techs Saloman and Gregorio were out there the next day working on the repairs. They worked quickly and clean. They earned every penny they're paid and then some. Frankie and Rogelio, the production manager, checked in regularly and the work was completed in two days. From start to finish it was a five star experience."

"We had to call them back several times when they did not complete the job we were quoted for. The roofers said they repaired areas that they didn’t even touch. The supervisor, Mike, was the only professional and responsible person. It’s was too bad he did not do the work. This work was done back in December and the only reason I am writing this review now is Lyons Roofing just came to do additional work, and go over what J & K failed to do. They did everything and then some (inc. painting the fascia which J&K did not). I hired J&K for their superb Angie’s list review. But it wasn’t superb for me. Lyon’s was."
