My wife and I interviewed 5 different roofing companies and by a wide margin, City Roofing earned our business. They are on time for appointments, and knowledgeable about the options you have. Once we agreed upon a price, the company scheduled the repairs to commence 4 days later and the office called to confirm the appointment. The two employees that came to perform the repairs, were again, on time, very courteous and also very knowledgeable. They explained the process, as our repairs were a two day job. At the conclusion of the first day's work, the employee provided me with before and after photos of the area they were fixing. "I had a leak from the roof. It was not in the house but rather on the part of the roof that is partially over a patio. I looked at what the internet had to say and I found 3 companies in my area that looked really good. I set up appointments with each. The first company never showed up. I called them and the lady said she would be over at 12:30 and that she overlooked our appointment. She came over but NEVER went on the roof. She said she would send me the estimate for the fixing of the roof as well as the entire roof. The roof is 18 years old. She NEVER sent me an estimate. Both of the other 2 companies came over and subsequently sent me quotes for a fix as well as the doing the entire roof. The estimates were about $3500 apart. We went with the cheaper of the two because we saw no reason to go for the higher of the two estimates. I called Casa Blanca Construction and I set up an appointment to answer our questions and sign the contract. From the minute we started doing business with Oscar we were impressed. He was always on time and answered all of my emails. The communication was great. In addition, on any given date that the roof was being worked on the workers ALWAYS cleaned up and we could not tell that they were there after they left. The property was void of any junk on the ground, one could not tell that they were there. I found Oscar to be a delight and that he cared about my job. I asked him if there was any roof around that I cold take a look at to see how the color would look . The next day he came by with an address of a house with a similar roof. Who does that, right? Even on days that he was not working he would spend time surveying the roof and making sure that everything was right. I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and the entire Casa Blanca crew. It was a pleasure doing business with Oscar and his crew. My roof looks great. The whole experience was great. And I highly recommend Casa Blanca Construction in Pompano."
