If you are looking for inexpensive design, this is not the firm for you. Be ready to spend top dollar. If you are looking for quality, vision, and distinctiveness, than you will be satisfied with Zoltan Design."

"Incredible. Solid was a great pleasure to work with. We found the company from a local magazine ads and decided to call them to see if they can come and give us design ideas and a free estimate. Ike from the sales department came the next day to visit our house. He was truly a sweetheart. He definitely knows a about houses. He did not only tell us which walls are load bearing and which are not he thought us the secret of figuring it out just by looking at it. He was very knowledgable and personable. We decided to give them a shot and we drove to Solid's showroom in old town the next weekend. Sirin was the manager of showroom and she came up with a lot of designs sets and materials for our projects. By time we walked out of the showroom we had samples and a written quote and a ten notating start date. We loved everything about the proposal but we did not feel like singing it there so we decided to sleep on it. Next day my wife told me that she wants to work with Ike for the project. We decided to skip the other two companies and signed a contract with Solid. The project started approximately two weeks later and we were gone all the time. Marlo from the operations team was calling everyday to give us updates and he was sending pictures and videos of the projects. We came back 3 weeks and it was incredible. Everything was ready and the house was spotless clean. We decided to refer them to my wife's brother for more work and he just signed his remodel contract today with Solid. I got no doubt that they will be very happy with the outcome as well."

I had my own interior design business back then, and I knew I could depend on them to do great work for my customers and deliver on time. "Dave Gordon is a highly effective project manager. He kept us informed throughout the process and was responsive to questions. The process of designing and picking materials was collaborative. Dave offered advice and was patient as we made our decisions. He respected the fact that we were spending a lot of money and did not push us into more expensive options. We were very impressed with their attention to doing the work to code. The crew was respectful and professional throughout the process.  The shower tile that was leaking had not been installed correctly by a previous company. NRG did a great job redoing the shower. We now have a better looking shower that we know will not leak. The kitchen looks great - we have an open flow from the dining room and a unique pantry cabinet that provides functionality and a great look.  When we identified a few punch list items a few months after completion, such as calking that had separated and an electrical outlet that was loose, they responded immediately and took care of the issues. <br />"
