"Sean was friendly, he did the garage door tuning when i lost power, i had used lever to manually open the door, i noticed when i tried to close the garage door , door was touching the pully housing, i was able to close it with little push he tightened all the screws, greased the rollers, i guess that aligned the door properly, door started closing , he showed me one of the springs was more wornout than the other, suggested to replace both before the wornout one breaks, his price was $140 per spring, when i showed him cheaper deals in Angies, and actual price of the springs for less than $50 on the web, i thought he Kind of upset, but balanced him in a while, he told me that they replace with better quality springs and lost longer, he offered me 10% discount, since he was already there, asked him to replace the springs, not sur i ended up spending more, $252 itinitially i was upset, i knew the door used to flush mount, he also checked my garage door motor, tried with his circuitary board, tried adjusting the presets to ensure flush mount took a while for him to allign the door flush to the ground, i offered him the stuckup insulation i had for my door to ensure flush mount, it did the trick, he said he will try this next time for his clients he suugested that i might need a new motor

The sale representative (Albert) was knowledgeable about the product line. He answered my questions and worked with me to find a product right for me and within my budget. He explained the different features and options - but i never felt pressured. Eric and the rest of the installation team did a beautiful job installing the doors: they were professional, neat and kept me informed throughout the job.
Besides just "selling and installing" my doors, Albert and Eric went above and beyond the written contract and were gracious in volunteering to help me with a few handyman-type small jobs I needed after the break-in: helping to install a new motion-detector light and fixing a broken wooden gate. These were small "chores", but the extra effort they took to quickly install a new backyard security light and to fix the broken gate helped me feel more secure after the break-in incident. Knowing about my situation with the break-in, everyone at Supreme Window and Door worked to expedite the process and get my new doors ordered and installed as soon as possible.

"They removed the old ones and put in new ones. They were really good and we have no complaints. The scheduling was fine. We met with the salesman, we went to their showroom one time to look at some windows. Then we scheduled the installation. I can open the basement door now. They are very professional. They listened to our concerns and made recommendations. We told them what we wanted to do. They had a good variety of windows to choose from and we were very satisfied with their service. They were quick and efficient. If I was going to do anything more I would call them. Their price was competitive."

John, the technician, provided a thorough analysis of what was wrong with my door, and gave me three repair options to choose from. The other 2 companies to give me bids only spoke of the immediate problem with the door, not taking into account that the system operating it was over 20 years old. Had I chosen either of them, my door would have been operational, but because of its age, would no doubt be in need of additional service a few years down the road. While Elite's bid was the highest, I feel confident that I made the best choice in hiring them to repair my garage door. Not only was John professional, polite, and punctual, he very patiently explained the purpose and function of all the new hardware he installed, as well as how to keep the garage door opening and closing smoothly for years to come.
