When these guys tell you the life expectancy left in an appliance they are pretty spot on. It was in need of a service bad but since I've added soft water many of my appliances are dying. They checked out what they could and let me know its life was limited. I got a quote and can now shop around or save for the repair."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater.
