Mid-Coastal returned my call right away and provided a lower quote, to fix but also described the damage. I decided to replace the entire roof which included replacing much of the substructure. Again, reasonable estimate provided. Better yet they were on site when they said they would be. Old tile roof carted off. New shingled installed next morning. Nosy neighbors providing the photographic progress. I've already passed their business card onto two of my friends in the area."

His crew arrived to do my neighbor’s home, and a wind and rainstorm sprung up after they had begun the work. Our pool and the pool cage had been protected during the work, and everything was in order after the roof was completed. John had explained how to contact an inspector who would complete a report for our insurance company.
