In an apartment with crumbling door moldings and some walls ready to fall apart, Gina was also great at assessing what needed to be fixed. I found her eminently trustworthy, so much so that I gave her carte blanche to fix whatever she felt needed to be fixed as she and her two-man crew went along. I was not disappointed.
