"The wood flooring installer and his son did a good job, but now the carpet installer has to come and trim and secure the carpet where it joins the new floor. Tomorrow will be two days with the carpet rolled back into the living room waiting for the new installation! And in two days, we have the 24th and 25th family events that we may have to put off. In the meantime, I am becoming rather impatient!"

Jon, provided several samples of colors on our floor (making sure to appease my OCD) so we could decide on the color for our home. Once our color was selected and the date was set and the new wood was delivered Jon's professionalism shined from phone calls to verify dates were still good, to making sure the wood was stored properly for acclimation. When Jon sanded our floors with his dustless system I was sure I would find dust in our home but there was none. The floors are as smooth as a babies butt and the finish is spectacular. We love to show off our floors to Friends and Family!"
