"Well I wasn’t here, I can only speak of the cleanliness of unit and what the wife said about his performance, firstly last year your guy did a great cleaning and repair, and I’ve used you guys for years now, mostly for plumbing emergencies, and always had great service, I know it helps when the man is home, so I’ll assume that was the problem today, the outside condensers were cleaned like ****, I could have done a better job with the hose, which was right next to the units, then because there wasn’t a parent here the first time, the second time out the guy didn’t have a step ladder to get at the fan unit, so he left and another service guy came and serviced the indoor portion, from what I can see not much was done, but like I said it was probably because the man wasn’t home. So next time I’ll be sure to be home for annual inspection and cleaning, I’ve used you in the past at home and recently at my shop in Oakbrook and will call again.! I like perfection or at the very least an effort. I suppose we had a bad hair day going on today, maybe the Covd was bothering him! I’ve had nothing but good service until today, one bad day doesn’t change the 15 previous great service call. The customer service is great as well as scheduling!!!"

"I was not there when they performed work which was one issue. A tenant let them in my building for the work. I can assume they even did the work but when I went to give them my Angies List coupon the said it was for a different address and tried to upcharge me. HOWEVER in the end the owner or powers that be did accept the discounted payment and all is good. I only wish there was better communication and notice prior to starting the work. Overall a good group.

"Bill is a very hard working man, he was straight to the point and he was really fast and professional with his work. The first time i hired him was about a month or two ago when the basement was flooding. Bill came in a very short notice which we really appreciated because it was an emergency. The second time was Today 05/03/2019. I needed to redo my whole plumbing system with PVC and Bill was the guy to call. He is really knowledgeable with what he's doing. It was like watching a grown up play with Legos. All the cuts matched exactly how he wanted it to. We definitely recommend Bill with any of your Plumbing needs. Our next project that we will hire Bill is with digging up my basement and finally cutting out all the remaining cast iron pipes that was putted in when the house was built. Thank you Bill for a good experience."

"I had two experiences with this plumbing company. The first was in May and the second was in early July. I will say that in both experiences the office staff could not have been more polite and responsive. On that, this company gets an 'A' from me. The plumbers and the work are not as great. I live in an old courtyard building so the plumbing is older, which isn't ideal. When the 1st plumber came out in May, he used compressed air to clear the pipes and my drum trap. Previously when plumbers have come they have used a rooter to clear the pipes from the drum trap. I mentioned this to the plumber and he said that wasn't necessary as well as it would cost me extra to break open the drum trap (it's just a cover that can be opened with a screwdriver so I don't know why it would need to be broken open or I would be charged for this). I didn't know if that sounded right, but they are the experts so I deferred to him. Once the work was done, the drain did work well for about a month and a half, but over the 4th of July weekend the drum trap got backed up. I called the same company and they sent two plumbers out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to look at it. Again, the scheduling of my appointments was ideal and the office staff couldn't have been nicer. Two plumbers came to my unit and informed me that my drum trap would need to be replaced with a p trap and this would be an extensive job that would take hours and cost just under $1,000. Additionally the pipe they needed to access is located in the ceiling of another condo owner's storage unit so they'd need access to the storage unit and the plastered ceiling would be removed which meant I'd have to pay someone else to re-plaster. He said the 30 day warranty on the work done in May had expired and that work was just a temporary fix anyway (why didn't the guy in May tell me the drum trap needed to be replaced?). I asked how I was supposed to shower as that is my only shower and I had a dinner party to attend and the plumber actually suggested I take "a ***** bath." He used those exact words and it was quite offensive. I said I needed to think about the options and that I'd get back to them. They left and after the weekend I had a different company come out and they rooted the pipe and said the drum trap was in fine condition and did not need to be replaced. The other company also gave me a 6 month warranty on the work."

"A very nice and very professional Andy responded to my call quite quickly. Unfortunately no work could be done on my end, I live in a condo and it turned out to be a building issue. Andy took the time out to explain everything very clearly. Turns out the building had received an estimate earlier in the week from a few places including The Scottish Plumber, needless to say I urged the board to go with them based on my experience. I will call them again in the future to have some other plumbing projects done in my unit, they are now my go to!"

"I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend F3 Plumbing for your plumbing needs. Good, honest, quick and reliable-what everyone hopes to get in any service these days, but especially a contractor."
