"Christopher, the owner, went above and beyond what I expected. Came out right after a holiday to look at a 36 year old toilet I was having problems with and recommended replacing it. When I requested he try to clear it instead (which he didn't advise) , he came out a second time and used an auger and said that trying more to get it working better would not help and would be a waste of money. Then he refused to charge me the quoted rate of $120. Gave me all the information I needed on different brands of toilets and possible problems with installation to be aware of for when I decide to replace it. I would most definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and concerned about their customers; a plumber you can really trust."
