"We initially called Resnick Roofing after seeing positive reviews on Angie's List for a roof inspection due to a leak. Craig arrived to evaluate and recommended a roof replacement, which I knew was about due, and was not simply a sales tactic. He was very upfront, provided recommendations on things I could do myself to prep for it. Craig was also very up front and stated they would not be the cheapest if I was going to get estimates, but it was for good reason. After going through the entire process and spending $17,000, Craig was not wrong. The customer service was top notch. The workmanship was excellent. We were assigned a project manager, Jordan. Jordan kept in touch with us, and was always reachable via cell or email. If you want excellent service and workmanship, I highly recommend them. We will need gutters and siding in the future and will use them again. Their communication throughout the entire process was great and we used Resnick based on previous reviews. Those reviews were spot on."

After some frantic phone calls to roofing companies, Roofx responded right away and even sent someone out on a Saturday to look at my roof. There was a hole in my roof and due to it being old slate tile, it couldn't be repaired. The Roofx team was amazing, especially Tiffany, Ron, and Mark. It took about two weeks to schedule them to come out to replace my roof, due to financing and having to wait for a break in the weather. "After I got 5 estimates, 3 for Asphalt shingles, 2 for Metal roofing I decided to go with First Choice because Dave explained exactly what he planned to do. The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was able to do everything over the phone and via email as I am currently deployed overseas.

"Their crew did a great job even though only one of them could speak a little bit of English. I think they are all from South America which is fine. Shingles look good when they was done, great flashing job around the chimney, replaced carport roof cause it was rotted and did a good job and cleaned up all the debris good. Overall I was pleased with the work. My only complaint is that after the company is paid this is the last you will hear from them no matter how many times you try and contact them to call you back. Even the GAF roofing warranty papers they have not sent me even though they said they would. And the salesman did call on his own and left a message that he would mail the warranty to me, but I never got them even after I called about it several times and left messages.. So good roof work, but terrible customer service after they are fully paid. It's one of those things they know you will never call them again since I am 59 and will probably be dead before I need them again. Would I call them to do the work again if I am still hear for next roof....yes I probably would, but I will make sure everything I am supposed to get I do before I make final payment."
