When workers discovered decades-old termite, carpenter ant and water damage to outside wall, Sam offered options on how to solve problem according to costs.  The workers were polite and trustworthy.  I had no problem leaving them at home alone so I could do work.  A three-day project became a two-week problem.  Handyman for Hire worked every day (except Thanksgiving) until the work was done to my satisfaction.  I have to repair the upstairs to my duplex in the spring.  I will have Handyman for Hire do the work.
