After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. "They responded to a fax from the water company since I have a protection plan through the water company that my pipes were backing up again. They had just been here a week and a half before and were unable to find any reason why the pipes were backing up after snaking the drain and finding nothing. They were unable to come they day they called because of their schedule and my own (I'm 9 months pregnant and on bed rest and my husband wasn't able to be home) so they came first thing the next morning. They came prepared to try several different things. Snaked the drain twice (the second time with a bigger end on the snake), tested all the pipes, and replaced part of the clean out pipe in the basement bathroom. Once again they found nothing in the pipes and were as intrigued as we are. They were here for 3.5 hours and since it was their second time out in less than 60 days we did not have to pay the deductible for our insurance plan. When they were done, they cleaned up and told us to call if we had any other problems."
