The technician was very methodical in his approach and was able to identify the problem as a bad underground line between two of the GFCIs. Not an easy one to solve. The wires were inside metal conduit but somehow water had gotten inside the conduit. Once the cause was determined, he knew exactly what needed to be done. He also had to further diagnose a wire that had been melted and address that as well. He showed great problem solving skills, cleaned up and was extremely professional and friendly.
