"Bill is a very hard working man, he was straight to the point and he was really fast and professional with his work. He replaced the valve in quick order (allowing the water to be turned on in the condo) and when he was done, he further clarified what needed to be done to replace the trim kit and provided some options to reduce the overall cost by finding us replacement parts on line. "I reached out to F3 Plumbing today and they were out to replace my 50 gal Natural Gas Hot water heater within 2 hours. I originally requested a 40 gal but noticed it was a 50 gal and they didn't hesitate to go back to the shop and grab a 50 gal. They had to replace the piping for the water to the heater as it was not the same size and had no qualms or issues doing so. They completed the entire job in under an hour and a half and left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
