The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

"Great! They were unable to get all the way to the street from the catch basin. It was suggested I add a sewer clean out assure all the roots were gone and make it easier for future cleaning. This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

"Bill is a very hard working man, he was straight to the point and he was really fast and professional with his work. The first time i hired him was about a month or two ago when the basement was flooding. Bill came in a very short notice which we really appreciated because it was an emergency. The second time was Today 05/03/2019. I needed to redo my whole plumbing system with PVC and Bill was the guy to call. He is really knowledgeable with what he's doing. It was like watching a grown up play with Legos. All the cuts matched exactly how he wanted it to. We definitely recommend Bill with any of your Plumbing needs. Our next project that we will hire Bill is with digging up my basement and finally cutting out all the remaining cast iron pipes that was putted in when the house was built. "I had two experiences with this plumbing company. The first was in May and the second was in early July. I will say that in both experiences the office staff could not have been more polite and responsive. On that, this company gets an 'A' from me. The plumbers and the work are not as great. I live in an old courtyard building so the plumbing is older, which isn't ideal. When the 1st plumber came out in May, he used compressed air to clear the pipes and my drum trap. Previously when plumbers have come they have used a rooter to clear the pipes from the drum trap. I mentioned this to the plumber and he said that wasn't necessary as well as it would cost me extra to break open the drum trap (it's just a cover that can be opened with a screwdriver so I don't know why it would need to be broken open or I would be charged for this). I didn't know if that sounded right, but they are the experts so I deferred to him. Once the work was done, the drain did work well for about a month and a half, but over the 4th of July weekend the drum trap got backed up. I called the same company and they sent two plumbers out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to look at it. Again, the scheduling of my appointments was ideal and the office staff couldn't have been nicer. Two plumbers came to my unit and informed me that my drum trap would need to be replaced with a p trap and this would be an extensive job that would take hours and cost just under $1,000. Additionally the pipe they needed to access is located in the ceiling of another condo owner's storage unit so they'd need access to the storage unit and the plastered ceiling would be removed which meant I'd have to pay someone else to re-plaster. He said the 30 day warranty on the work done in May had expired and that work was just a temporary fix anyway (why didn't the guy in May tell me the drum trap needed to be replaced?). I asked how I was supposed to shower as that is my only shower and I had a dinner party to attend and the plumber actually suggested I take "a ***** bath." He used those exact words and it was quite offensive. I said I needed to think about the options and that I'd get back to them. They left and after the weekend I had a different company come out and they rooted the pipe and said the drum trap was in fine condition and did not need to be replaced. The other company also gave me a 6 month warranty on the work."
