But after inspecting the leak area, Mike from J&K said a repair was all that was needed. I called to request an estimate on a Wednesday, Mike was here Thursday morning, and by Friday, his 3-man crew -- headed by Chris -- was at our house as promised, and completed the repair in just 3.5 hours. Chris inspected the entire roof while he was here and gave me an assessment on the life of my roof. I will know if the repair solved the problem the next time it rains, but there is a one year warranty on their work, which gives me peace of mind.
