"Well I wish I would have called them earlier. I called several large plumbing companies and didn't get this service. They wanted to tear my house apart and charge me thousands of dollars. There was no commuincation with these other companies. 1-A Florida Plumbing Company explained everything and made me feel comfortable. I usually don't give recommendations. He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Filtration Direct enough for any issue you maybe having with your water. His team is honest, respectable and very professional. "They did a great job. They gave me a very competitive price on the unit and the installation, so it was a no-brainer to choose them. I had originally wanted a Rheem. They recommended a Rudd which is made Rheem. The technician wore a mask and booties and was very conscious to distance. He removed the old water heater and installed a new Rudd model. He left the garage clean. He was nice and very professional. The unit and the new recirculating pump are working very well. Hopefully that continues for a long time. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing and would use them again."
