He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Filtration Direct enough for any issue you maybe having with your water. His team is honest, respectable and very professional. "They did a great job. They gave me a very competitive price on the unit and the installation, so it was a no-brainer to choose them. I had originally wanted a Rheem. They recommended a Rudd which is made Rheem. The technician wore a mask and booties and was very conscious to distance. He removed the old water heater and installed a new Rudd model. He left the garage clean. He was nice and very professional. The unit and the new recirculating pump are working very well. Hopefully that continues for a long time. I would recommend Kyle Plumbing and would use them again."

"They came out right away and explained what the issue was so we decided to take the package to have all lines cleaned. They work professionally and everything was working when they finished. They gave us warranty on the job and the plumber also cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend them a and I will continue to use them."
