He made sure to let us know when he was available and while he might have been a little late in certain instances, it was never a big deal. He's busy, so it's expected. The worked he performed was high quality. He installed a couple of bathroom fixtures and repaired the bathroom ceiling. He also fixed our bay window sill, which was a mess. Finally, he helped to sand our wood stairs and railings. One critique I would have is his lack of communication when it comes to pricing. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced.
