He made sure to let us know when he was available and while he might have been a little late in certain instances, it was never a big deal. He's busy, so it's expected. The worked he performed was high quality. He installed a couple of bathroom fixtures and repaired the bathroom ceiling. He also fixed our bay window sill, which was a mess. Finally, he helped to sand our wood stairs and railings. One critique I would have is his lack of communication when it comes to pricing. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor.
