We decided to get the yearly maintenance plan which was very reasonable. He also replaced our irrigation timer with a smart timer and programmed it. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining how to maintain our lawn. Chris is very busy, so be patient for your appointment."

"I purchased my home in may of 2023 and have had issues with the exterior lawn irrigation system. The owner of the J & S Plumbing, Steven called me the evening I submitted my request for service for my lawn irrigation system. We agreed to have someone from his company visit the next day to go over my needed repairs. Steven kept in touch with me the following morning via phone calls and text messages to let me know that his Lawn maintenance and repair man Ken was on his way over. I showed Ken the areas I believed needed work and he checked each of the six watering zones and marked where he needed to adjust or replace sprinkler heads. Ken contacted his boss who called me to go over what was relayed to him by his guy Ken as to what repairs were necessary to bring my system up to its best operating capacity. The quote was fine and reasonable. The work was then performed after Ken went and got some additional parts needed. Ken also added an additional line and sprinkler head in an area where it was needed. I had a few other company s start doing some of the work however they never finished and even after tipping them for showing up they haven't called me back. J & S did a fine job and they do follow up which seems to be an issue with other company s in the area."

"I had sprinkler damage from a tree removal. Had Anthony come out last week and look at it. He replaced the sprinkler head and while he had it open found damage to the line going into the head. He repaired it all, very fair and reasonable pricing. And even though the repair gave him a bit of unexpected trouble, he didn't add on to the price. Very appreciated in this day and age to have happen. Will call on him for any future sprinkler system maintenance I need help with."
