"Karoly replaced many impact windows over 10 years ago. When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. This level of service is extraordinary, especially after so many years. I strongly recommend anyone looking to replace windows and doors call Karoly Windows and Doors.
