"Bought a Big Deal Coupon for 2 hours of interior design.  I received a confirmation call within a few days and was not near my calendar so was unable to schedule right then.   Big mistake.  It took weeks to get them to call or email me back to schedule after that.    <br /> When the day finally arrived, the young lady arrived on time.   She was very courteous and friendly.  The company had resecently hired her to assist them.   Personally, I think she was as indecisive around what I should do with that room as I was.  We talked about ideas... but because of where the TV wall, fireplace and windows were, most ideas really wouldn't help the flow.  I told her I was really just looking for options (plural) and that I was willing to buy all new furniture when I found the right option. We also talked about the flow of the adjacent eat-in part of the kitchen.   She made a call to someone to discuss the room she was seeing.... not sure what good that time spent was.   She started drawing, but then we talked about  the fact I really wanted to see several ideas... we had an hour left so she agreed to go back to her office to draw things up and she'd send them to me by the following Monday. <br /> Her email did not arrive the following Monday, or may have reached my spam folder and been deleted... and long story short, it was about 2 weeks before I got both a single drawing of the living room area arrangement and one of an eat-in kitchen arrangement.  Neither of the drawings were particularly earth-shattering or innovative in concept.  I'm pretty disappointed in the result of what I got for the Big Deal Coupon.... but the really good news is that the Big Deal coupon was only half the price of what they normally would have charged me for this service! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Our salesperson/designer was Janet. She came to our home, took extremely accurate measurements, then went back to the office and created some very impressive 3-D computer renderings. We went to their location and she was able to show us both her renderings as well as many of the materials and parts she was recommending. She listened carefully, offered helpful suggestions, and gave us money saving ideas. What I most appreciated about her was that she was a nice juxtaposition of being enthusiastically friendly and, because she has so much experience designing useful spaces, she had all the information we needed at the tip of her fingers. We went back and forth through many iterations and she never once acted put out. Instead, she seemed to share our excitement about how the project was morphing into something really special. We finally put our signatures to paper, gave our deposit, and then waited a short six weeks to have the  basic parts pulled and assembled. <br /> We were very excited when the installers showed up. Tony was the lead and there were three men altogether. They worked diligently for three days, doing custom cuts, doing some very artistic work to give the whole project the custom look we wanted from the beginning. The crew was punctual and incredibly polite and showing just the right amount of deference in the awkward situation of having three men walking through the house while we went about our daily activities. Whenever we had a question, they took the time to explain what they were doing and even made a few simple changes that we requested. <br /> When they were finished, we found the results to be better than we had dreamed. We gained so much room in the pantry that it was only about half full when we put everything back in. Our closet design also gained us an enormous amount of room. <br /> We are amazed at the space that we gained, but what's even better is how well the designs work in terms of organization. Everything has its own neat place. Janet's professionalism, experience, and creativity paid off, and the install crew's craftsmen-like quality and professional behavior helped allay our anxiety about having our precious home rattled about for a few days. <br /> We give More Space Place our highest possible recommendation. <br />"

"The floors look fantastic! They were able to pair the damage from carpet down and restore the 1940s oak floors to their original beauty. Completed on time and on budget. This is the second time we have hired Jeff from Advanced Wood Floors - we will call back next time we need floors refinished <br /> <br />The only complaint that I have is that the office staff repeatedly called and emailed my spouse rather than doing business with me as requested, despite multiple requests to call me or and use a different email address. This communication with the office was slow and frustrating, and payment of the invoice was delayed because it was not received at the appropriate email."

"<p>This is an excellent company!!  The professionalism and knowledge of the people I dealt with, Laura Nicosia and Philip Hendrick, was outstanding.  I first met Laura at the San Antonio Home Show in 2011 and was so impressed with her demonstration of the ShelfGenie products that not long after made my first order of ShelfGenie products.  When the 2016 show came around, I knew it was time to finish what I started back in 2011.   Making the appointments, Laura’s design, and Philip’s installation were all handled perfectly and flawlessly.  The quality of the products is top-notch.  There is no clean-up afterward, you are ready to load up the drawers immediately.  It is hard to explain what a tremendous difference these glide-outs have.  No more dragging the step ladder to reach the far back of the top cabinet to see what is in there, no more crawling on your hand and knees to see what is at the far back of the bottom cabinets in the kitchen.  It is just wonderful to have all these drawers that pull out so effortlessly.  And having built-in dividers for lids, cookie sheets, baking pans, cutting boards or anything else you desire is just fantastic, and such a space saver.   And as an added benefit, when I finished putting everything back, I ended up with so much more open space in the drawers that I didn’t have before.  I just cannot imagine ever living without them.  I highly recommend ShelfGenie as a wonderful investment in your home and in yourself.</p> <br> <br> <br> <br>"
