"Matt was terrific. He responded to our request on Anji within the hour and was able to come in 3 business days. He confirmed that electric service to the outlets in our 2nd floor adjoining bathrooms was dead. We discussed solutions and ultimately decided to run a new line from the panel in the basement. We signed the contract on September 11, 2015 and the system was fully operational on November 20, 2015.  My house is all electric,( heat pump, well pump, the works ).  Over the winter our highest bill was $ 220.00. Over the summer most bills were about $9.00. One month, AEP actually owed us $15.00.  Given the size of our house (1400 sq. ft.) and our usage, we expect to reach break even in 4.5 years.  Given that the panels are good for 25 years, I'll realize a profit for 20.5 years.
