"I previously gave Works Services a poor review because they missed an appointment with me for an estimate, and never called me back.  Kenny responded to my review indicating that he did try to get in contact with me; I must not have gotten his message.  With so many good reviews from Angie's list, I decided to give them another try. I called for an estimate, and a representative came out the same day.  He was on time, thorough, and detailed exactly what would be involved.  I later called back to schedule the work, and Joe came out right on time (actually, a little earlier than I expected which was not a problem).  The work was complete in a few hours.  They installed a new 200 amp breaker with 40 circuits and replaced the line side and load side cables.  They also ran a completely new ground line.  We had a small issue with the ground line installation, so I called and Joe came back that day to fix the issue to my satisfaction.  The work was professional, clean and completed for the price they quoted.  I would gladly work with them again."
