They went to the front of our house to look at the drainage system as well as the drainage in the basement. <br />    They were polite and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with both of them. <br />   We paid $75.00 for a service fee for our warranty company so I am not sure what they charge other customers. <br />    <br />    If I ever have any problems I would definitely hire them again. <br />"
