After another Angie's List contractor told me my next project couldn't be done because of joist spacing; KBS came to the rescue. My HVAC unit access was in the ceiling of my BR closet. KBS cleverly saw a way to get access constructed in the adjacent hallway ceiling. The framing blends in perfectly with the other molding.
