"though I appreciate the emergency Saturday service call (cost 169.00), I thought the additional charge of 303.00 (450.00) for a diagnostic check and repair ( no parts necessary - just less than a hour of manpower) was a bit exorbitant. perhaps I failed to realize that heating/ac personnel are paid on the equivalent scale as neurosurgeons."

My project involved installing a dishwasher and garbage disposal from scratch which meant removing an exisiting cabinet, installing new electric and plumbing lines along with a switch for the disposal.
