His plan of attack on this job was much simpler and cleaner than others. (I did NOT have to remove an A/C compressor.) His bid was clear and WRITTEN, not just a casual and quot;that'll be a couple grand.and quot; He used a camera to locate the sewer rather than exploring by digging. The job was promptly scheduled and completed in 2 days except for the hose bib which took under an hour on the next day. Michael and his crew work CLEAN!! All the dirt that had been dug up but wouldn't go back was taken away. My artificial turf was gently lifted and replaced. He explained that it is a higher toilet and not as low as the one I have now. Also it would be easier for me to sit down and to get up. I liked that idea because I am not getting any younger. So I told him to go ahead and please put one in for me. He informed me of the cost before he started and I thought it was reasonable and fair. I must say I am enjoying the height of the new toilet, wish I would of known about this kind of toilet sooner! He did a great job and cleaned it up very nicely.
