"Our first project with Rick Davis involved repainting baseboards and woodwork in the  master bath & kitchen, re-paint the entry hall, plus re-painting a kitchen wall a deep red. They arrived on time on the appointed day and a crew of 6 or 7 finished the entire project that day. When I called Salvador, he surprised me by answering the phone himself, as I was expecting to have to leave a message! He came the next morning right on time to assess the job and provide an estimate. We set an appointment for the following week and again he arrived on time. The job was probably a piece of cake for him, but for me, it had grown to be too time-consuming and strenuous, especially trying to haul away all those leaves. Although my backyard is small, it has river rock, moss boulders, lots of container plants, in-ground shrubs, many pieces of statuary, a fountain and birdbaths; in other words, a lot of obstacles, AND, the ground is slightly elevated. Salvador blew the leaves, bundled them up, and then went back over the entire yard a second time, making sure every leaf and twig was bundled up again! They did an extremely thorough job. Salvador ROCKS!

YES, we will have him back to do a concrete sidewalk repair, because two sections have lifted due to tree roots. We also plan to have Salvador return a third time to trim and shape Japanese maples and crape myrtles in the backyard, because other reviewers have commented on his tree trimming abilities. It seems this talented, punctual and meticulous man can do most anything. We recommend him highly. And oh, by the way, he is so very pleasant, considerate and easy to talk with.

"Gilbert Lopez and his crew did an excellent job removing the existing concrete, then designing and implementing the proper elevation and slope away from the house and garage areas so water will flow properly into the new driveway channel drain that they also installed. They also connected it into my existing drainage system which flows the water across the front yard area and eventually into a stream. His quote was accurate and work performed right on time over a three day period. They were very professional and the result is perfect!! I highly recommend this company."
