"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Jacob came and showed me photos and explained what was happening with my aging shingles and not so professional roofing job that was done on my addition. He was professional and was in no rush to get out the door, allowing me to ask questions and giving me options. "Great, after reading reviews on Angi, I contacted Jayson on Sunday by email. He stopped by Monday, the next day, explained what they would do, provided samples to choose from and a quote. I wrote a check for deposit. He called later that day and the roof was scheduled for 9 am the next day, Tuesday. John and assistant arrived promptly and started the job with Jayson arriving a bit later to see if things were on track which they were. The job was completed by 3:00pm, workmanship is excellent and the yard was completely cleaned up and left as when they arrived.
