Skyline construction group demoâ d the entire thing in one day and prepped the new footings for the new deck (previous footings were slabs of wood and not built to code). Day 2, they built the new deck and staircase. Day 3 they finished the railings and inspection. The total cost was 6800 dollars which might be a little more than I was quoted elsewhere... But I ultimately trusted this company over others. They were professionals. Itâ s the little things that add up and make the experience better. Bringing a tablet and a keyboard attachment for paperwork and signing documents electronically. Calling up other employees and putting them on speaker phone for a more accurate quote. Never once trying to turn one job into 10 jobs or pretend the world was exploding and we needed more money to save the day. Just a smooth process beginning to end. Will hire again. It's a relief to see an owner on site, in work clothes - beware the ones with shiny shoes, fancy car and a clip board! Not these guys - very professional. While on site, Tony looked around and noted 3 other issues. With no extra cost to me, he put back siding that was loose or had fallen off; repaired the wood rot around an upper window and replaced new aluminum molding to exactly match the adjacent window; and repaired my very leaky sky lite. I'm always impressed when a professional repair person can't leave a job without the premises being perfect even though it wasn't part of the immediate problem... and they come with fully equipped trucks for every job! George Keller had done other houses in our neighborhood and one neighbor, an architect, used them, so that speaks to their reputation. I would highly recommend them.
