"We had a 25 year old deck 14X16 I final had to give in and have it replace with a New Patio...Silvers Concrete was priced fairly...They used a drone to get overhead of my backyard which helped my see the new patio in place before the old deck was removed...Very helpful...Silvers removed the old deck and replaced it with a new 20X20 Patio with curved front and two wedding cake steps...What a bunch of hard working guys on the crew we had...I spent the whole day watching and asking a few questions...Everything was done First Rate...Started At 9AM Finished At 7PM.Day One...Old deck gone and hauled away...New patio and steps framed, poured, and smoothed in to shape...All trash and construction burden gone...Came back the next day spent 2 hours Backfilling and Reinforcing the outside edge of the concrete and then seed the whole area...Best Group of Concrete Guys I've Ever Worked With...I'm not a Pro but over the years I've had concrete work done...around 5 or 6 times... I am happy to report that after three years the concrete still looked like new--virtually no cracks outside of the expansion joints, a beautiful finish texture and after years of driving on a half gravel, half concrete driveway that sloped TOWARDS the house I was just thrilled to have something that looked this nice...our driveway was one of the only ones that faced the road so the nice broom wave finish pattern just added to curb appeal. "Mr. Bailey certainly knows concrete and does excellent work. He will go the extra mile to please a customer and actually did extra work that was not contracted to do. I would say his only fault is that he has a tendacy to not ask for an appropriate dollar down as a retainer which may lead to his asking for additional dollars before completed. But I am not faulting this - he is basically a new company and I believe is a little lax on telling his customer whether he wants 1/3 down or possibly more. I engaged Mr. Bailey to do the work on my own home and that of my son whose home is directly across from mine. We were both very pleased. I am anticipaing additional concrete work to be done and I will certainly call on Bailey Construction to do the job. It is not easy to find someone who knows the technique of concrete porches, etc. This man does. I would recommend him to anyone."

Gave me suggestions on rmaintenance.  Overall a very good experience.
