"The crew arrived at 8:30am. They put tarps over my foundation flowerbeds. by 9:00am, old roofing materials were being dropped onto the tarps. Some fo the workers bundled the shingles and hand-carried to the roof edge, refuse-trailer was parked. The old shingles were dropped into the refuse-trailer. By 10:30am, the tarps were rolled up and taken to the refuse-trailer in wheelbarrows so as not damage my front lawn's septic field. by 11:00am, workers were inspecting my yard for stray roofing, picking them up by hand. A large flatbed truck arrived by 11:35am, loaded with my new roofing materials. After the materials were off-loaded, the workers set up ladders, and hand-carried everything to the roof. After that was completed, a small generator was set up for air nailers, and they began installation of my new roof. By 4:00pm, they began the final cleanup. Trash was picked up and put into the refuse-trailer. By 5:00pm, the work was done. A last-minute inspection got rid of some leftover trash. The man leaf-blowing debris, even cleaned out my gutter! And before they took down all of the ladders, they even put my disconnected downspout back together! At 5:09pm, the refuse-trailer was covered, re-connected to the truck that brought it, and driven away. The roofing crew left at 5:25pm, but not before I thanked them. I told them how much I appreciated their hard work, and appreciated them taking time to re-connect my gutter's downspout as they completed their inspection of my yard."

The project supervisor on site let me know things dealing with my roof that could not be seen until the shingles were removed. "They installed architectural shingles and at my request glued every single shingle tabs down with polyurethane based sealant . This took the GAF warranty from 130 to 170 mph . I was really impressed by how concerned conscientious he was that the gluing be done thoroughly he said never has a request for EVERY SINGLE SHINGLE TO BE GLUED. explained that I am up on a hill and we get bad hurricane winds and so he ever seriously glued every shingle. This is time l have hired him and every time her done it cheaper , faster and better than any one else . He is a nice guy reliable guy I can count on. No grumbling, No complaining. He is cheerful and friendly. I enjoy working with him. I feel like I git a real good deal and that now I have the most wind proof possible roof. I am very very happy."
