It turned out that the plug was under the street and I had clay tile under my drive, so the problem was more involved and not what was expected. They kept me updated on what they were doing and advised me of my options. They recommended another company whose name I do not remember to come to use air to clean out under the street. This worked and I can do that many times compared to what it would have cost to rip the street up, as I am responsible for the line until it hits the main. They also advised replacing the lines under the driveway before I redo it and gave a ballpark estimate so I can plan accordingly. Their supervisor came and checked their work after they were done."
