"Found provider on Angies List, called him at 9pm which was late but he answered the phone. I explained the situation we have which in my opinion was a complete mess no thanks to my inability to do my own house repair and construction work. Provider said he would be out next day and showed up half hour early. Provider gave us a quote and we accepted his quote and signed an agreement for the work. Provider came out as promised and finished the work well within the time he said he would finish the work. We are very very happy with the transformation of our bedroom. The work was very detailed, provider was honest, you can tell he's experienced and from a service perspective this experience was A+++++ from start to finish. Hard to find in todays world! Provider was trusted in our home, he was very cleanly and did a nice clean up job when the work was finished. You will not have any problems with Bob. We are already going to call Bob back to have him work on another project that we've been chomping at the bit to have completed. Thank you! <br />"

"We hired Steve because of the positive ratings here on Angie's List. We are baffled by how others rated his work as wonderful. He is a big fan of using silicone to fill gaps vs accurate workmanship. Example; the first picture is of the door trim cut too short on both sides. His intent was to fill these gap with silicone, we talked, he cut new trim to fit correctly. Each picture has more versions of the same through out. The cracks (which he promised would not happen when he was trying to tell me why he liked using the silicone so much), developed within days and weeks of completion. Yes, he offered to fix, but we declined for two reasons, 1) We had talked SEVERAL times DURING the work regarding our expectations from a professional and subsequent shortcomings, you can see the results in the pictures. 2) As such, we had no confidence in his abilities and fixed the issues ourselves. There were more issues, too many to list, but some are..... the three column bookcase he built is without symmetry, it has three different widths, shelves are not interchangeable. Several flooring planks are visible at the baseboard due to being cut too short. Wrong paint was purchased (we caught this because we were compelled to become our own vanguards of his quality). Several communication issues between Steve and his drywall/painter crew, and also the electrical contractor. Each grade has valid reasons why the grade was assigned, rated the price as "D" because we did not receive the professional job we paid for."

"Seth did an exceptional job removing my old, worn porch railings, replacing them with new, AC2 treated wood railings. During the entire process, from first contact to bidding to the actual work, he was communicative, punctual, and professional. The quality of his work exudes superb carpentry craftsmanship. Overall, he provided excellent quality and service. I would recommend to others and most certainly hire again."

"It went fine. The sewer had been backing up and I had a plumbing company out that made things worse. A friend with a tiling company recommended Litwillers. They gave a ball park estimate. It turned out that the plug was under the street and I had clay tile under my drive, so the problem was more involved and not what was expected. They kept me updated on what they were doing and advised me of my options. They recommended another company whose name I do not remember to come to use air to clean out under the street. This worked and I can do that many times compared to what it would have cost to rip the street up, as I am responsible for the line until it hits the main. They also advised replacing the lines under the driveway before I redo it and gave a ballpark estimate so I can plan accordingly. Their supervisor came and checked their work after they were done."
