They spent about an hour with me to find four Lamp shades, I took the lampshades and tried different ones and they made adjustments and they replaced the plugs on a very old cord. It was a very good experience. They have an excellent selection. I called them and when I got there, they were there to see me. I have recommended to other people and I would use them again if I needed to."

"Francis returned my call within 24 hours and we set up a time for him to come look at the work that needed to be done. He advised us to buy a new ceiling fan so that just in case it was the fixture itself that wasn't working he could install it while he was here. I was hoping to just get the 1 light fixed in time for Christmas Eve and he was able to fix the 3 outlets that weren't working as well. He did all of it within an hour and we were even able to return the new ceiling fan as it was not needed. Very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and service. I will definitely call him for any future electrical needs."

"As soon as he arrived, he said I was fortunate to have a 13-year front end washing machine that still worked! He said was the most probable cause was the pump, which he removed and cleaned. However, it was not the cause. He said it was possible the motor control timer was at fault, which was in the back of the washer. He dismantled the back, and examined the motor controller - noticing that there was a broken connection on the circuit board. Ish soldered the connection, and the washing machine worked. Ish explained what he was doing, and clearly knew what he was doing. I will call him if I have problems with any other appliances."
